DR. ALTHEA Vitamin C Boosting Serum is a depigmenting serum specifically designed to fade dark spots. Its formula contains a high concentration of functional active anti-stain ingredients such as:

• 63% Sea Buckthorn Water: rich in natural vitamin C, it brightens the complexion, stimulates collagen synthesis and reduces spots caused by the sun and aging with antioxidant action.
• Niacinamide 5%: Reduces hyperpigmentation by inhibiting the transfer of melanocytes to keratinocytes. Evens tone, improves the skin barrier and combats post-inflammatory spots (PIH).
• Tranexamic acid: blocks the activation of plasmin, reducing melanogenesis. Effective on melasma and dyschromia, especially in combination with other depigmenting active ingredients, with excellent tolerability.
• Ascorbic Acid (Pure Vitamin C): Powerful antioxidant that inhibits tyrosinase, a key enzyme in melanin production. Lightens dark spots, brightens, and protects against UV damage.
• Alpha-Arbutin: A safe derivative of hydroquinone, it inhibits tyrosinase and reduces melanin production. It lightens sun spots, melasma and PIH, making the complexion more even.

How to use :

1. at step 6 of Korean skincare
2. take 1-2 pumps of serum
3. apply the serum on your face and neck
4. Gently pat skin until completely absorbed.
