Questions about Orders

Can my order be cancelled?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contact@adv-beauty.com immediately after receiving your order confirmation. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation. 

We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation for all orders, as it depends on the shipping status. The earlier you reach out, the better the chances are that we can process your request. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into your account on our website and check your order history for tracking details.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. 

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Contact us by e-mail at contact@adv-beauty.com stating your Name, Surname, Order Number and attaching detailed photos of the product and packaging.
After analysing the problem we will contact you by email with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the replacement.

Please do not send us messages on social media, they may not be seen.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to our customer support team. We will help track the package and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue for you quickly.

What should I do if I received the wrong/damaged item or my order is missing?

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we are pleased to offer free delivery on orders above €60. For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates will apply. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us.
